Terms of Service

1.1

By clicking "Confirm", checking "Agree", or otherwise indicating acceptance of this Agreement, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by this Agreement.

1.2

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement as necessary to comply with changes in laws and regulations or business development needs. Any modifications will be publicly announced on a prominent location of this Platform at least seven days prior to implementation. If you do not agree to the modified Agreement, you have the right to stop using the services of this Platform.

1.3

The content of this Agreement includes the main text of the Agreement and all rules that have been or may be published and publicly announced by this Platform in accordance with the law. All rules form an integral part of this Agreement.

2.1

"Donghe Information Technology" / "This Platform": Refers to the website and related services operated by Donghe Information Technology.

2.2

"User" / "You": Refers to individuals or organizations that register and use the services of this Platform.

2.3

"Services": Refers to services provided by this Platform, including cross-border e-commerce operations, brand globalization, digital marketing, global supply chain coordination, and related functions provided through websites, mobile applications, and other channels.

3.1 Account Registration

Before using the services of this Platform, you must register an account. You should provide true, accurate, and complete registration information. When registering and using your account, you must comply with laws and regulations, follow public order and good morals, act in good faith, and must not harm national security, social public interests, or the legitimate rights and interests of others.

3.2 Account Security

You are fully responsible for the security of your account and password. You must not transfer or authorize others to use your account in any form without permission. If you discover that your account has been stolen or has security vulnerabilities, please notify us immediately.

3.3 Account Cancellation

You have the right to apply for the cancellation of your account. After cancellation, we will delete or anonymize your personal information in accordance with the law.

4.1 This Platform provides the following services:

• Cross-border E-commerce Operations: Provides operational support for mainstream global platforms, covering international logistics and other services;
• Brand Globalization: Helps brands achieve global brand presence through international brand cooperation;
• Digital Marketing: Utilizes data-driven marketing strategies to achieve precision marketing;
• Global Supply Chain Coordination: Optimizes supply chain efficiency and improves supply chain management levels.

4.2

We reserve the right to adjust, modify, suspend, or terminate some services based on actual circumstances, but will notify you in advance in a reasonable manner.

5.1

When using the services of this Platform, you must comply with the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and must not use this Platform to engage in the following behaviors:

1. Publishing or disseminating information that violates laws and regulations, endangers national security, or undermines social stability;
2. Infringing on others' intellectual property rights, trade secrets, or other legitimate rights and interests;
3. Engaging in fraudulent activities, false advertising, or other unfair competitive behaviors;
4. Spreading computer viruses, malware, or other destructive programs;
5. Other behaviors that violate laws and regulations or public order and good morals.

5.2

If you violate the above provisions, we have the right to take measures such as warnings, function restrictions, suspension, or termination of services.

8.1

This Platform will make every effort to ensure the stability and security of its services; however, Internet services are inherently unreliable. We shall not be held liable for the following circumstances:

1. Service interruptions caused by force majeure (such as natural disasters, wars, strikes, etc.);
2. Service abnormalities caused by third parties such as telecommunications operators or network service providers;
3. Losses caused by your own reasons (such as improper account management, operational errors, etc.);
4. Brief service interruptions caused by system maintenance or upgrades (we will notify you in advance).

8.2

The service information provided by us is for reference only. You should make independent judgments based on your own circumstances and bear the corresponding risks.

8.3

This clause does not exclude or limit the liability we are required to bear by law. In accordance with the E-Commerce Law of the People's Republic of China, the Platform shall bear corresponding liability for service issues caused by Platform errors.

10.1

You have the right to stop using the services of this Platform and terminate this Agreement at any time.

10.2

Under the following circumstances, we have the right to terminate this Agreement:

1. You violate the provisions of this Agreement and fail to rectify within a reasonable period;
2. You engage in illegal activities or behaviors that harm the rights and interests of this Platform or other users;
3. Other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations.
